Who We Are
EMPLOYED is operated by HeyCreativ (Pty) Ltd. EMPLOYED helps job seekers create a resume profile, match with jobs, apply for roles, and communicate with employers.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, account role, password credentials, town or province, resume profile information, skills, education, work experience, profile photo, uploaded CV, job applications, interview messages, employer job posts, payment status, and technical app activity needed to run the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, match job seekers with jobs, show employers relevant applicants, process applications, enable interview messaging, provide support, manage subscriptions, improve EMPLOYED, and prevent misuse or fraud.
Sharing
Job seeker profile and application information may be shared with employers when a job seeker applies or matches with a vacancy. Employer job information may be shown to job seekers. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, payments, email, analytics, app delivery, and support. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
EMPLOYED may process subscription status and payment references. Card or bank payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored directly by EMPLOYED.
Security
We use HTTPS and cloud infrastructure controls to protect information. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect user data.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account inside the EMPLOYED app under Settings > Delete account. Deletion removes account-linked profile, application, employer job, message, and related active app data from the active EMPLOYED mobile database.
