EMPLOYED is a job matching platform operated by HeyCreativ (Pty) Ltd. The service helps job seekers create a profile, view matched jobs, apply, and communicate with employers.
No Employment Guarantee
EMPLOYED does not guarantee employment, interviews, income, employer responses, successful applications, or the accuracy of third-party vacancy information.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and must not upload unlawful, false, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful content. Job seekers are responsible for checking role details before applying.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, fairness, and safety of their job posts, screening processes, contracts, offers, and recruitment decisions.
Messaging and Conduct
Users must use interview messaging professionally. EMPLOYED may suspend or remove accounts that misuse messaging, attempt fraud, harass users, or breach these terms.
Paid Features
Paid features may unlock additional app functionality, posting limits, visibility, or subscription access. Subscription rules, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations depend on the payment method used.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account inside the app under Settings > Delete account. Deleting an account removes account-linked active app data from the EMPLOYED mobile database.
